Elena Cunningham

Elena Cunningham serves as a Paralegal at Johnson Kraeuter & Sanders LLC, bringing over two decades of specialized experience in divorce and custody actions, along with exceptional case management expertise. For nearly nine years, she has worked closely under the supervision of Attorney Richard A. Sanders, Jr., contributing to the firm’s success with precision and dedication.

Elena earned her Associate of Science in Paralegal Studies from City College in Miami, Florida. As a member of NALA, she has pursued continued education with certifications in Discovery, Leadership Basics, and Trial Preparation Tools, and is currently working toward her Paralegal Certification.

Since relocating to Savannah, Georgia, in 2003, Elena has built a robust background in family law, probate, and personal injury. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she provides bilingual support to clients with empathy and professionalism. Known for her calm demeanor and compassionate approach, Elena is a trusted presence for clients and colleagues alike, and her attention to detail and deep empathy make her an invaluable advocate for clients navigating emotionally charged cases.

Elena’s greatest pride is her children. She’s a devoted mother and supporter of her daughter Bri’s Marching Band and Winter Guard performances, and of Billy’s journey as a Track & Field athlete at Montana State University.
