Mandy Roberts

Mandy Roberts is a 2002 graduate of Georgia State University and a 2006 graduate of Mercer Law School. At Mercer Law School, Mandy was a member of the nationally recognized Moot Court Team. Since being admitted to the Georgia Bar in 2006, Mandy has spent her career in law in various capacities developing a wide-reaching expertise in the law.
In the early years of her career, Mandy was a partner at Phillips, Roberts, & Carson. During that time period, she handled a wide range of criminal cases ranging from simple misdemeanors to major felony cases. Beginning in 2015, Mandy spent nine years as Senior Staff Attorney to Chief Superior Court Judge Penny Haas Freesemann in the Eastern Judicial Circuit. There, Mandy provided the court with procedural and substantive legal advice regarding the disposition and completion of cases and was responsible for drafting orders in a wide variety of cases including complex civil disputes, family law, and criminal law. After the Chief Judge’s retirement at the end of 2024, Mandy joined Johnson Kraeuter, eager to apply her skills and expertise learned in the judicial realm to family law litigation.
