Attorney Rachel Goggan

Ms. Goggan received her B.A. in International Relations with High Thesis Honors from Tufts University and an M.A. in Journalism from the University of Texas at Austin. In 2008 she earned her J.D. with Honors from The University of Texas School of Law where she served as an editor of the Texas International Law Journal. Ms. Goggan began her legal career as an associate with the banking group at Linklaters LLP in New York, and then returned to Austin in 2010 where she practiced pro bono and focused on her growing family and family-owned small business. She moved with her husband and four children to Savannah in 2021 and joined Johnson Kraueter in 2023. Ms. Goggan is licensed to practice in New York, Texas and Georgia.
